Minmow holiday flats are located in a row of old granite cottages, close to the centre of Hugh Town, the shops and pub's cafe's and restaurants. The bay windows overlook Holgate's green and the harbour, with Tresco and Bryher to the north. Previously the building was used as a bank, grocers, general store and restaurant before being converted into two flats in the mid-nineties.

FlatOne
This has a double bedroom and is on the left of the building when looking from the front. From the porch the front door leads into the lounge, there is a step up into the kitchen and dining area, with the sink and cooker on the left. This then leads through to the bedroom and shower room which are at the rear of the building, and the back entrance. It is equipped with a colour t.v , radio, halogen hob electric oven, microwave and fridge. Convector heaters are in all rooms, except the shower room which has a heated towel rail. Electricity is paid by a one pound coin meter which is in a cupboard in the lounge.
Flat Two
This is on the left of the building when looking from the front. It has a bedroom with two single beds, a bay window and a smaller front window. The entrance leads into the lounge and dining area which is on two levels, and is divided by pine ballustrading. The bedroom is in the middle of the building, and has an internal window looking into the lounge. A galley style kitchen leads through to the shower room and back entrance. It is equipped with a color t.v , radio, halogen hob electric oven, microwave and fridge. Convecter heaters are in all rooms, except the shower room which has a heated towel rail. Electricity is paid by a one pound coin meter which is in a cupboard above the door leading from the kitchen to the back porch.
Both flats have duvets, pillows and spare blankets, but linen is not provided. If you like you can bring your own, but it can be hired from Scilly Linen Hire (a form will be enclosed if you have booked a flat) The bookings for the flats are from Saturday to Saturday. The flats are available from 1230pm on the day of arrival, and vacated by 1000am on the day of departure. It is possible to leave your bags if you are leaving later, or arrive earlier.
